Eligibility Criteria
- Every Punjabi small entrepreneur (SE)
- Age range: 21–57 years
- A citizen of Pakistan who lives in Punjab
- A valid CNIC and the applicant’s registered mobile number
- Current or potential enterprise situated in Punjab
- Psychometric testing and satisfactory credit
- Individuals and businesses may only submit one application.
- Clear credit history and no past-due debts

How to Apply?
- Digitally submitted applications through the PITB portal.
- 500 PKR is the non-refundable processing cost.
- Authorized agencies do digital CNIC, creditworthiness, and business location verification.

Loan Usage and Repayment Details
- The first half Limit: useful for the first six months
- Grace Time frame: three months following card issuance
- The borrower must begin making monthly payments after three months, with a minimum of 5% of the principal amount owed each month.
- Second 50% Limit: Released upon satisfactory use, the PRA/FBR Funds must be registered for business-related reasons and repaid on a regular basis. Transactions that are not necessary (such as entertainment or personal consumption) are prohibited.
- After the first year, the remaining amount is paid back over the course of two years in equal monthly installments (EMIs).
This program empowers Punjab’s small and medium businesses (SMEs) by providing interest-free loans. By concentrating on priority industries throughout the province, it seeks to promote exports, job development, and entrepreneurship in order to stimulate economic growth.

Digital Youth Hub (DYH)
PMYB&ALS (Prime Minister’s Youth Business and Agriculture Loan Scheme) promotes entrepreneurship among youth by providing business loans on simple terms and with less markup through 15 commercial, Islamic, and SME banks. All Pakistani residents, aged between 21 and 45 years with entrepreneurial potential, are eligible to apply for the loan. For IT/e-commerce-related businesses, the lower age limit is 18 years. Applications have to be submitted online only through our website. Loans provided under PMYB&ALS are segregated into 3 tiers.
